font-size: 26px;\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Focus on incremental Sales Opportunities during the customer install phase<\/li>\n<li>Safety conscious and able to adhere to a highly focused safety culture<\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional customer experience and high-quality installations<\/li>\n<li>Install and repair support for Phones, Internet, and TVs transported over<br \/>\nfibre\/copper networks<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for a geographical area to complete assigned work on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and highly organized to manage workload with minimal direction<\/li>\n<li>Be highly adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the installation\/commissioning of TV\/Internet\/Phone equipment<\/li>\n<li>Installation, termination, and testing of coax, fibre, CAT6<\/li>\n<li>Safely working at heights up to 60 feet &#8211; Uses a ladder, bucket truck, climbing poles, etc&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Ensures fall protection practices and procedures and saving techniques are in place and followed<\/li>\n<li>Understands and communicates blueprints, drawings, work orders, and RF diagrams in order to successfully complete jobs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Care about providing exceptional customer experiences, overcoming objections, and handling both favourable and unfavourable customer interactions<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with solutions-based selling, recommending products to your customers and upselling TELUS services and products<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively in a team environment and can also work with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Broad problem-solving abilities and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to maintain a high level of performance while working with time constraints in a dynamic work environment<\/li>\n<li>Normal color vision which is required to work with color-coded wiring<\/li>\n<li>Can balance a physically demanding workload, which includes standing, lifting, climbing, bending, crawling in confined spaces and working in a variety of indoor\/outdoor environments<\/li>\n<li>Able to work various shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, to meet business needs and customer availability including out-of-town assignments<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English with a clear and genuine communication style, additional languages considered beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Professional written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Natural technical aptitude, and proficient knowledge of common consumer devices<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated to continuous learning with abilities to learn formally and informally in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Personal Qualities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously and effectively manage deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Customer service skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Education, Certifications &amp;
